Please specify in your order comments where you want your pig butchered. We will notify you when the butcher date is set. Meat ready for pick up at butcher is typically two weeks after the live pig delivery date.
Butcher date will be scheduled after reservation fee of $149 has been paid. We will notify you when the live pig has been delivered at the butcher and will then require the remaining balance of $2.50/live pound before meat pick up. Then you will pay the butcher their fee (seems to average around $1.35/live pound weight
