Easy Coconut Granola Recipe

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup expeller-pressed coconut oil

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp maple extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 cups coconut flakes

  • 11 cups sprouted oats


Start by melting butter and coconut oil, and adding coconut sugar and honey until everything is dissolved.


Then add the water, maple extract, salt, & cinnamon. Mix together, and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add the coconut flakes & sprouted oats.


Spread onto 2 cookie sheets, and bake at 275° for approximately 1 hour or until as crisp as desired (it does crisp up a bit while cooling). Occasionally stir with fork while baking to ensure everything is baked evenly.


Cool before putting into a bag or container, and store in fridge while you enjoy!
