Pain Reliever Smoothie



You can add whatever other ingredients you want to this smoothie - the following ingredients are the core foods for relieving pain.


Pinapple - the core and stem of pineapples contain bromelain, a mixture of proteolytic enzymes that has been used for centuries to relive pain, treat indigestion, and reduce inflammation.


Turmeric -  the Curcumin in Turmeric is a natural pain-reliever.  Although it takes longer than over-the-counter pain-killers to work in our body, it also works for a longer amount of time.  Since curcumin's bioavailability alone is low, pair turmeric with black pepper to unlock the curcumin's healing properties.


Carrots - help lower estrogen, combat bacterial growth, reduce inflammation, promote weight loss, and help excrete bacterial potions called endotoxins. Raw carrots contain antifungal properties, as well as a unique antimicrobial fiber that acts as a natural detoxifier by binding to toxins in the intestines (absorbing bad bacteria, aka, endotoxins).
