Basic recipe:
12 - 16 oz. milk (don't heat over 117 to keep it raw)
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar, honey, or syrup
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Optional add-ins that don't taste:
1 egg yolk (not the egg white - another post coming about this)
1 Tbsp. kefir (don't heat over 117 to keep it raw)
butter
coconut oil
2 Tbsp. collagen powder
1 Tbsp. broth
1 Tbsp. maca powder
1 Tbsp. beet kvass
Optional flavor:
1 drop peppermint essential oil (more than 1 drop will clear out your sinuses completely)
1 drop lavender essential oil
vanilla extract
rose powder/drop/petals
cinnamon stick/powder/drop
peanut butter
I stir everything together over medium heat and whisk it especially as it heats up at the end to create foam from the collagen powder and egg yolk.
